The neem tree (Azadirachta indica) is widely distributed in coastal regions of East Africa and the eastern drylands of Ethiopia. It was introduced from its home in South Asia, where it highly appreciated for its medicinal and pest-repelling properties.

Azadirachtin, The active ingredient in Ultineem 3000 is the most important insecticidal substance contained in the plant, it has, even in very small doses, a growth disrupting effect on many insect larvae, i.e. insects which eat this substance are unable to develop to the next larval / nymphal stage and die off. Other pests, such as grasshoppers, avoid or reduce feeding as a reaction to azadirachtin. As tests have repeatedly confirmed, due to its special mode of action, the neem extract is quite harmless for useful insects. Unlike synthetic pesticides, tests carried out over a longer period indicate that development of any resistance to the neem extract is in the short term unprobable.
One great advantage of the neem extract is that even after repeated application on vegetable crops, it remains perfectly harmless for humans.

The load of synthetic pesticides on crops has led to severe, problems of resistance and resurgence. The ecological balance is being disturbed. Commercially produced neem preparations can suppress a broad range of pests including insects, centipedes, millipedes, mites, and nematodes.

Indian farmers have traditionally used deoiled Neem cake as a fertilizer in their fields. The dual activity of Neem cake as fertilizer and pest repellent, has made it a favored input.Neem leaves have also been used to enrich the soil. Together, they are widely used in India to fertilize cash crops. When Neem cake is ploughed into the soil it also protects plant roots from nematodes and termites.

Doses: Use 350 ml of UltiNeem 3000ppm / 200 lit of water and Add 100 gm of Superstik - 3(sticker) to 200 lit spray solution .
(volume of water required will depend as the area to be covered.)

Note: Mix the required quantity of Ultineem separately is 5 lits water make a through solution before mixing in the tank.
